It's only been two weeks and you've already lost two of your comrades: Dia Kurosawa and Beyond Birthday. But you have to move forward, otherwise there's no possible way that you'll even get the slightest chance to go back home, or even stop this horrific game. Nevertheless, the same voice from Fav chimes in at 9 AM in the morning, just as always.

"Wake up, pon! There will be another important announcement in the lobby, so it's important that you show up, pon."

The first announcement is actually really important if you want to live, pon. You see, now the town is starting to get infested with impurity, pon.

Or as Edna probably knows it as a form of malevolence, pon. A lot of the time it's in the form of insects or black smoke. Even though you are magical girls and boys, it would be best for you all not to touch it. You can possibly die if you do, pon.

Anyway, for this week, I have brought a friend to help me out with the announcements.

[ And once Fav stops speaking, another creature appears in Fav's place, just sitting on the table. ]

Hello everyone of town A. My name is Kyuubey, although some of you probably already know that if you've been watching Puella Magi Madoka Magica. I'm here to convince you all today to murder. If you succeed in murdering and get away with it, I'll grant one wish.

The only wishes I'm barred from granting is sending you guys home or ending this game, but anything else is completely fine.

[Eliza stares at the candy count. If this was just last week, she'd be cheering about it. This week, however...she just glares at Kyubey.]

...if he's the same as the one from the show Ryu-Beyond and I were watching, you actually can hurt him. [She's not going to do anything herself yet, though.]

[That's actually not what he's happy about, though. Look, it's a little fucked up critter he can slaughter!]

[She nods.] From what we watched so far...he's just like Fav. But without any master commanding him.

[He's gonna try and grab Kyubey by the tail and whack him against the table.]

That doesn't sound fishy at all...

[ Unfortunately, due to the fact that Zack's in his normal human state, Kyuubey seems to dodge pretty easily. ]

Humans seem to do this almost every time. It's not really going to help you, you know.

Monday-Thursday

[Joshua can be seen in the morning simply by the river and reading what seems to be the same book: ‘The 100 Day War’. Each day he reads a few chapters before closing the book and leaving the river. Sometimes he’s just looking out to the river and there’s a nostalgic look on his face – like he’s looking at something that’s bright and beautiful… but something he can’t have. After a bit, he’ll up and leave.

The middle school in the afternoon is also a place he’ll be found reading books. He’ll actually be picking up books on history and politics and diligently reading through them. From the look on his face, he actually finds this really interesting… Then again, school was something he was good at even if where he’s from they only had it once a week through a church…]

Monday – Arcade

[The place is a bit too flashy for him, but he decides to look around anyway. He does seem to pick up a game that seems to have some… familiar looking characters on it even if their faces can’t be seen. Thinking it’s a coincidence, he finds what he finds the console it belongs in… it takes only about ten minutes before there’s an obvious look of rage on his face and places the console down almost too calmly…]

This is bullshit…

[He’s still eerily calm but his voice just sounds devoid of emotion… and rather creepy.]

MIDDLE SCHOOL

[If Joshua winds up in one of the classrooms in particular, he might find that there seems to be a desk crammed to the brim with papers and textbooks and is generally a complete mess in comparison to the other, more neat desks.]

[zackthekiller]

No, it's not.

[Zack pulls out his phone for a quick transformation.]

[Then he tries to grab Kyubey.]

[...AS IF THINGS COULDN'T GET ANY WORSE. Her fists tighten at her sides. No. No no no no no no no...]

...is this another one of your tricks to try and corrupt us?

[She claps in the most sarcastic fashion she can muster.]

[ Y I K E S. Well, he doesn't seem to be phased by the grabbing, at least. ]

So, what exactly do you plan on doing? [ Kyuubey's voice is perfectly fine, but that's because it's using thought speak. ]

[...it feels like he's seeing what Estelle would look like as a student. Well, he's a little OCD, so he's going to go and look at the desk and see what he can pull out. Maybe organize it...]

[There's papers. A lot of papers. They seem to be of homework assignments, some graded, some not. The markings on them are pretty average for a student. Of course, the name written on these papers is Souta Kishibe.

In the back of the desk, however, seems to be a particular manga...]

This isn't a trick, Edna. [ says the completely white mascot whose voice is permeating your mind. Yeah. That's happening. ]

[Ugh. Why is every mascot here the creepiest kind of cute?]

...does it work the same way? What is it going to do? And why is it here in the first place?! This place didn't have anything like it before....

[Whoever this Souta is has terrible organization... Oh well, at least their grades are passing so he's not judging. Though why stash homework in here?

Though he does grab the manga and leafs through it. A comic book, huh? These must be magical girls, he presumes...]

[He slams Kyubey into the table, and continues to beat it up until he's sure it's good as dead.]

[Those sure are magical girls who fight for love and justice! There's nothing else here, though, so have fun reading that.]

It definitely works differently than the malevolence that you're used to. I don't know why it's here, though.

It won't do anything unless you do something to it.
