I couldn't be certain, but I heard the word 'ointment' mentioned as I walked past... I'm not sure finding garbage on the ground really qualifies as proof that a murder happened, but I guess if we were going to read into things, it'd be most logical to check the hospital as that's where the ointment probably came from.
