Friday, Week 1
20 REMAIN...?
It's been a rather rough couple of days. Of course it has, given the fact that Fav made the announcement that he'd be cutting the number down to four, and the fact that killing someone would actually make people get candy a lot faster than normal. But nobody is irrational enough to take Fav up on his rather generous offer, right? After all, it's murder!
Nevertheless, the town seems rather quiet as always and it doesn't seem that anything horrible is going to happen at all in the slightest bit. It's just your normal, ordinary Friday, so feel free to go about it as you wish, whether you sleep in or otherwise.

[Find.. oh right! Recette remembers her promise to help him find his goggles and because it's a far more lighthearted subject grabs that topic change.]
Hey Taiki, have you checked the item shop thing on the phone? Lady Edna said one of her things was being sold- she bought it back don't worry- and one of the items is a pair of Goggles.
[She'd have bought it for you, but well, she's at the bottom already, so...]

[But that catches his attention fast.]
Ah- My goggles might be there?! [He regrets not checking the shop now. He'd been avoiding it after finding out how dangerous it was to use up their candy. He swears at Fav under his breath, low so that Recette won't hear. Is it because of him and that mastermind that they ended up in there...?] I don't know if I'll be able to get them back at this rate, but... Thank you for telling me. [His smile is a little sad at that and what follows.] Even with all this stuff going on, you remembered that from the first day, huh?

I'm sure that we can get them back somehow one way or another. I mean, they have to be kept somewhere, right?

[That... sure does get him thinking, though.] You're right... Maybe if we can find that place, we can get it back without having to spend anything at all. [He grins, liking the idea more and more as it sinks in. ] If we found that, we might be able to get everyone else their items back, too!

[Recette blinks, and then exclaims.]
And the thing of Lady Edna's they sold was a power of hers, so if everyone that had stuff like that got it back, the we might be able to fight back!.. Somehow. I mean, at least we'd have our stuff back and focus on getting enough candy for everyone to get home.
[She laughs.]
Eheh, as an item store owner, I really shouldn't be planning a shoplifting, but... I think one of my friends might say something like it's not stealing if it was ours first or something.

[He'll hum softly over one part, though.] If we can get our things back, we'll definitely have a chance. [Taiki doesn't know what he'll do if the Xros Loader is there. But he'll figure that out when the time comes.] It's kind of worrisome they took powers from us too, though... I didn't think something like that was even possible. Do you know what exactly it was they took from her, Recette?

I can't remember the price of it, but I think it was more or around the price of your Goggles... which seems kinda odd but I guess they are just really super nice goggles. I mean it even says that.
[Scrolly scroll... She's gonna read the entry on his goggles out loud.]

They're a rather stylish set that seems to belong to someone... but I'm not exactly sure who. Maybe a true gogglehead would know?"
[She's not sure what a true goggle head is but moving on.]
And it's 300 Candy to get. Um... no offense, but that pricing seems a little high. I mean, it's more expensive then the thing below it which is... well.
[She'll read this one out for him too while she's at it.]

It's a key that seems to open to somewhere... I wonder where it goes? It seems to have some sort of aura that makes it shine brightly as if it were being illuminated by light, no matter what time of day or where you are. Also, no matter what you try to do with this key, it seems to be completely impervious to practically anything, making it an indestructible key."
[Oh gosh that was a lot to read, give her a moment to catch a breath.]
Okayos... it's listed at 250 Candies, which is 50 less than your Goggles.
[Goggles > Indestructable Glowey Key. Also that description sounds vaguely important.]
