☆ WEEK ONE ( TRIAL - DAY ONE )
Trial Day #1
Saturday, Week 1

Victim
Suspects
Rise and shine, sleepyheads. At exactly 8 AM, characters will be automatically teleported into the world similar to their Magical Phones which lies underneath the hotel, where they'll find food being served for them of all varieties, primarily Japanese. For those who wish to make a request for a change of menu, they only need speak to Fav.
Once everyone finds themselves settled the mascot will suddenly appear with a flash to make an announcement.
"For the next two days, we will be discussing the death of Dia Kurosawa, also known as Diamondere, pon! You will have a break for dinner and sleep and then the trial will continue tomorrow morning! If you have any questions in regards to this trial, please feel free to let me know, and I'll try to answer it to the best of my abilities, pon! Of course, you're not allowed to ask me who the culprit is, because that would be unfair. So make sure to find the culprit and execute them properly, pon! You wouldn't want to kill an innocent person, would you?"
And now, on their magical phones, characters will finally be able to find the autopsy report as the discussion begins. At 8 PM, everyone will be dismissed to have dinner and go back to their rooms.

Thank you for your competence, Miss Miach. I'm truly overwhelmed by the foresight. Who performed the autopsy?
no subject
Szayelapor examined the body the closest along with me, but to call any of what happened while I was in the room an autopsy would be laughable.
no subject
[How frustrating.]
What were you doing with Miss Dia then?
no subject
[ Szayel also took the sash off, but honestly, no need to say this now. ]
no subject
[As best as you can be with a crude "autopsy".]
no subject
I spoke harshly, Mr. Granz. [As close to an apology as she's willing to give at the moment. She's still stunned by a lack of photos.]
May I ask... you said your findings corroborate the aytopsy report provided to us, but I wonder if you could elaborate on some additional details. Whereabouts was the injury to her head, and were you able to tell if the blow was delivered from above, below or at an even level?
no subject
[He doesn't blame Dahlia for the reaction since he worries for any of the other locations that were investigated, but since he was involved here, he's going to give that sort of comment.]
The location of the injury was straight on the back of her head, so it is safe to say that she was hit from behind.
[That much should be obvious, but he honestly worries for some of the people here to make the connection.]
As for the height of the attacker, we should take the sash with blood spatter into consideration. It's more of a bed sheet, one of the many that can be found in the apartment rooms. It's possible that Dia's attacker was wearing it to avoid the blood transferring onto themselves and their clothes when they hit her.
[He'll pause to make sure everyone's following along.]
From what I can gather, it appears as though the attacker may have been on the shorter side.
[...it easily would rule out some people here, unfortunately in some cases. He knows he couldn't antagonize some of them for long with that knowledge.]
no subject
That is, to say, likely shorter than Dia, yes?
[Tamamo is a rather average-to-short 160cm herself, but some are much shorter. It's clear to see that Edna is much shorter than Dia. Eruna seems around the same height. Zack, Beyond Birthday and Moeka are taller.
However, doesn't Beyond Birthday have a magical form which is shorter?]
That may eliminate a few people. However-- perhaps we should call onto 'Beyond Birthday' to show us his magical form?
no subject
[ Miach will flip through her magical phone here to get a good look at the profiles. ]
Looking at it, the only people significantly shorter than Dia are Edna, Shinigami Jigoku and Recette. By significant I mean around 10cm, for clarity.
no subject
[Is BB the type who would end up misspelling Dia's name, however? Tamamo hasn't spoken much to him and can't pass such a judgment.]
Oh! Right, he mentioned you ran into him around sunset, right? In what condition was he?
no subject
no subject
[Or, rather, smack dang right in the middle.]
Perhaps there is a reason the culprit tied the cloth around Dia, and did not try to dispose of it quickly instead. Even mistyping Edna's name-- because they heard someone was coming, and decided to play it cool?
[Ohoh!!]
Tamamo, you're so smart! It'll take just a while longer to get to the bottom of this!
no subject
By the way, SJ may be shorter than Dia-chan but don't forget I can choose between two heights. If I was going to frame someone like that, it would make lots more sense to go up against the other guys, right? There's more of them taller than her, and people are more quick to believe that a man would be violent!
no subject
[Translation: as a tiny woman, she knows exactly how fast other tiny woman in fate/ can somehow lend themselves right into murderfiesta.]
Hmm... well, you ARE on the suspect list, and I do believe that being in magical form would make the murder much easier in general. Especially if Dia was also transformed.
no subject
We don't know for certain what the orientation of the bedsheet was relative to Miss Dia's assailant at the time of the assault to say that the blood spatters conclusively prove the assailant was shorter than Miss Dia..
O-or do we?
no subject
Perhaps those of us who didn't see the bedsheet should take another look at the blood splatters and check for certain?
no subject
That would be useful... I wonder if Fav might have it.
no subject
[ Or not. Who knows. ] Otherwise, I suppose we could ask Fav-san if he'd bring the body down.
no subject
no subject
[A beat. Okay, no she'll be a liitle patient here.]
You say the scene did not appear to be disturbed and that it appeared staged to frame Miss Edna. What about the murder weapon itself?
no subject
no subject
And none were found on the sash that was tied around Miss Dia's torso?
[She assumes since this seems to be the way it's going. She's having a hard time working out if it's easy or hard to get away with murder here. Not that she's interested ... but y'know. Good things to know.]
no subject
[...hm.]
no subject
It's odd to me that Miss Dia's assailant went through the effort of tying the bedsheet around her body instead of destroying it through another means. Perhaps they were rushed?
[Except that doesn't make all that much sense considering the time they allegedly took to fabricate evidence.]
You wouldn't happen to have the sheet in question with you do you, Mr. Granz?
