At around the same time as yesterday - 8 in the morning - all characters will, once again, be brought into the same magical world as the day prior. As always, breakfast and lunch will be served to anybody who asks for it, and any requests from the day prior will be held. Throughout the trial, music will also be played in the background; it's not loud enough to be overbearing, but it's definitely there to stay. But for those with good ears, you might just recognize one of the voices singing the song. That's not important, though.

"Today is the last day to discuss the murder of Dia Kurosawa, pon! Please make sure to submit your votes in before the time limit if you do not want to get removed from the game!"

Access to voting on their magical phones is now available, along with a warning for characters to vote, as it closes at 8 PM.

It would take time to leave a message with that many meanings though. And the killer had to clean up as well...doesn't it make more sense to be a normal trick?

If B-kun is the killer, hypothetically, he's the only person living in the complex. Plus, Dia-chan died on Thursday evening and her body wasn't found until Friday morning. He had at least twelve hours to clean up at least, if you take in account the time.

The message itself isn't too easy to figure out or come up with, I think.

But if he had so much time, why wouldn't he get rid of the bedsheet somehow? That seems to be the biggest piece of evidence...

And that's the strange thing about this, isn't it? It doesn't just apply to B-kun, but in general. Why didn't the culprit get rid of the bedsheet if it's so incriminating? Why did they tie it up like Dia-chan's magical girl outfit?

....I have an idea as to why. That is, if we're going with our assumption that Beyond Birthday is the murderer.

He seems to be rather infatuated with the subject of magical girls, yes?

That is correct. He appears to have an obsession with magical girls... perhaps it has to do with the fact that he wished to fight her as one and she refused to fight back or perhaps there's something else to it.

Naturally, this is going with that assumption I'm making as to who our murderer is.

That speculation is rather baseless. I didn't have any kind of dramatic rivalry with the victim that would warrant such a scene.

Yes, but I think it makes sense with the condition of both scenes and how she was set up post-mortem. I don't know anyone else that would bother with making up the scene like that. Though I suppose there is some favorable evidence for you you and that is the original crime scene isn't clean.

It was not, no. Given how long Miss Kurosawa was deceased, I could likely have cleaned the entire floor if I had wished for none of that to be found.

But you were unable to do that, weren't you?

What do you assume would have stopped me?

Timing, being found, lack of supplies. The list really goes on.

All completely baseless. If I was the killer, then I would have been by myself. My run-ins with Miss Kiryu and Miss Mihie were quite brief.

Naturally you would be alone unless there was an accomplice involved. It's the being found part that's terrifying, though I imagine that's why the murder occurred in such a secluded part of town.

Then enlighten me as to this mystery witness I was so terrified of. Come at me with proof if you're going to cast blame.

Because he may not have known how much time he actually had.

But the apartments already didn't have that many people in them...

Even so, someone could have checked on a whim. And besides, after committing a murder, you don't want to stay around on a crime scene. Your face being seen is the worst thing that could happen.

Still...tying up the sheet would take time. Couldn't the killer have tried to throw it away somewhere else?
