18 REMAIN...?

This week has been absurdly strange. From Fav bringing his "friend" over to force people to have their wishes granted via murder to the fact that the arcade makes a lot of people uncomfortable. I mean, who wouldn't be, when it spells out a lot of people's life stories in it? It honestly is surreal. Nevertheless, things seem to be quiet at first... at least, until people decide to exit their rooms in the Inn (sorry, Miach and One) and take a whiff of that Breath of the Wild that you might have been stuck playing on last night--

Except for the immediate fact that the first thing people in the inn will smell is the faint, coppery smell of blood in the morning. In fact, there's a whole trail of it that leads to various places depending on which floor you're staying at the inn. And there might be some blood outside, too...

I wouldn't quite judge a book by it's cover, even if it's easy to do just that.

Nope. This is entirely based on having to deal with him. Still, I won't rule it out. Just saying that I don't believe it. Someone tried framing me last time too. But we'll see how it all plays out.

We won't know if that's true this time until we figure out what's going on. There was a trail leading outside, we were just going to check that out.

Some people should check the trail, while others of us should stay indoors. It's probably for the best that we do that to preserve evidence.

[The absolute bitchiest sigh possible.]

This is ridiculous. We'll just squabble at this rate.

[She points at Zack.] You, this is your room. You're compromised. You go outside.

[She points next to Joshua.] Will you stay here?

ALRIGHT, FINE.

[He'll head out. Around this time he gets a message on his phone.]

Alright, then. If you wouldn't mind, then why don't you keep an eye on things here while we go check things out on the outside?

[hawthorned]

[She'll nod at the suggestion of splitting up.]

I- I do apologize, I misspoke. We'll have to gather more evidence before any determinations can be made regarding this tragedy.

If we're splitting off... please make sure to take some photographs of the crime scene. While Fav provided some last time, i'd like to make sure there's no chance that Fav or Miss M could influence the trial by doctoring the evidence.

Just like last time, we have to make sure we find the right person. Anyway... for now, regardless of who the killer is, we're safe as long as we stay in a group. Now we just need to investigate.

[Edna has enough of her artes to protect them all from anyone stupid enough to try anyway.]
