☆ WEEK TWO ( INVESTIGATION )
Magical Girl Raising Project
Friday, Week 2

18 REMAIN...?
This week has been absurdly strange. From Fav bringing his "friend" over to force people to have their wishes granted via murder to the fact that the arcade makes a lot of people uncomfortable. I mean, who wouldn't be, when it spells out a lot of people's life stories in it? It honestly is surreal. Nevertheless, things seem to be quiet at first... at least, until people decide to exit their rooms in the Inn (sorry, Miach and One) and take a whiff of that Breath of the Wild that you might have been stuck playing on last night--
Except for the immediate fact that the first thing people in the inn will smell is the faint, coppery smell of blood in the morning. In fact, there's a whole trail of it that leads to various places depending on which floor you're staying at the inn. And there might be some blood outside, too...
> Investigate?
This is the investigation post for week two. In your top levels, please state the time (by hour or half hour) as well as your location.

[She turns to One.]
Should we head back and check it out? I think the others have the park under control.

In a minute. Let's make sure there's nothing else here.
[Does the blood trail continue? She inspects the ground and anything else on it.]

[Having learned the basics from Dahlia, she takes a
not that greatphoto after struggling with her phone for a bit.Now it's time to go exploring, Edna.] I'm ready.

[Back to the inn and to Eliza's room they go. When they get there, Edna opens the door. What do they see?]

On the desk, Edna will find the seven branched sword, Muramasa, the pickaxe, and the dull kitchen knife, which is piled up randomly in a row. There's also a fan on the desk and the rest of the stuff she's regained. There are also several pages of notebook paper as well. Her other Pokemon that she managed to get back is also sleeping, too.
The bed looks a bit rumpled and not straightened out at all. ]

On the other hand. Those are... a lot of weapons. Edna instead goes for the notebook papers to see if there's anything of interest in them.]

Week One
Monday - I can't believe I've actually become a magical girl! I don't know why some people here are so upset about it, but at least there's one other person here who likes them. Hopefully Ryuzaki and I'll be able to introduce other people to it at the sleepover Zange's planning.
Also, we've already been doing the job of magical girls! Today Tamamo and I delivered a package to an old lady from her soulmate! I wonder what exactly it was...
It's really weird how no one here knows what Pokemon are. Taiki's the closest, but even those Digimon seem pretty different. I wish my Pokemon were here so I could show them.
Tuesday - I can't believe I nearly crushed someone today! That was so embarrassing. At least Eruna was really polite about it, and she apparently knows about magical girls too! We had a nice talk about the different colors of magical girl teams and what they mean.
Also, Ryuzaki's magical girl form is adorable, and he helped me figure out my own transformation chant too!
Wednesday - I went back to the apartments, and apparently that one doesn't have anyone living in there anymore. This really is weird. Was that old lady just out on an errand or something? But she wouldn't have left her door open, would she?
Thursday -
Friday - I can't believe Tamamo would end up fighting someone like that! Magical girls aren't supposed to be like this. And she didn't show up at the sleepover either.
Still, Eruna thinks I'm cute! This is the first time someone's said that to me.
Saturday -
Sunday -
Week Two
Monday - How did things end up like this? This isn't how magical girls should be at all! And I can't believe Fav has been doing this kind of thing more than once! I hope Snow White will have more information for us later.
I guess it's true that those people disappear after we do the tasks. That girl couldn't have gone anywhere without me noticing, I'm pretty sure.
Tuesday - So that's what Madoka is. I see what Fav meant by "dark..." They're even fighting each other! Was he inspired by this?
Edna really did get her powers back. Hopefully I can get my psychic powers back soon too.
Wednesday - I hate M! She's a jerk and she insults people! And she insulted my Pokemon! I wonder why she said my power wasn't telekinesis though.
Thursday - So I found this cool bowtie that can imitate people's voices. I bet I can make fun of the mastermind a lot with this! And maybe joke around with some other people too.
It looks like someone else enjoyed it as well. Zack and I ended up messing around with it together. He's actually kind of nice once you get to know him.
Friday - Someone actually tried to play Fav's game. Now we've lost our leader. I don't know what we should do. This isn't fun anymore.
Saturday - I know Zack was with me, and Eruna is too nice to kill anyone! Edna seemed nice from what I saw of her too. I don't know much about Moeka, though...could she really have done that?
Sunday -
why this i don't understandAt least Tamamo's food was nice.Week Three
Monday - Ugh, I can't believe Kyubey is actually here! At least I got to see Zack beat him up, even if him appearing to eat his own body was weird. Hopefully I can find my Pokemon again so they can beat him up too.
Also, Fav said that the secret to fighting M is to not think about her. He says thinking about her gives her power. I'll have to ask Snow White about that the next time she shows up.
At least I got to see how Madoka ended. It turned out to be happy after all! I'm sure Ryuza Beyond would be happy to know that.
Tuesday - That was really really weird. I feel gross just reading some of those cards.
Wednesday - That arcade is so weird. So many people found games about themselves! Still, the not-creepy-stalker games are kind of fun. And I feel pretty sorry for Tamamo-she really loves her husband, and it's not likely he can come here. I understand why she wants to keep that around.
Also, I took a look at Recette's game, but it seems really complicated.
Thursday - I can't believe I finally found Dragon again! I'm sure he'll be really happy to meet all the friends I've made here. And Zack found Crown! I've got 1/3rd of my team back now, and hopefully I can find more of them soon.
I'm still kind of worried. A wish is really big! What if someone wants to try and get it?
I think I'm going to patrol the hallway tonight. I've got the bowtie, so I can imitate the voice of anyone who's going to be attacked and distract them. Maybe I should bring a weapon as well. ]

not here

Christ.

Edna found that. I didn't hear all of it; what does it say?

[Does he have to explain further?]

She's...normal. More normal than most of us anyway. So it'd be normal to try and help even if you're not really...right for it.
[He takes a moment to look around the room again, hoping some sort of words will form in his head. Which doesn't really happen because of course not.]
no subject
[One sighs, examining the weapons still left in Eliza's room without quite touching them.] So many. She must have caught someone off guard.
no subject
[Which is depressing to think about now.]
That's probably what happened too. She went on patrol, caught somebody, and...
[He's really tempted to hit or kick something as he thinks about what must've happened, but refrains. He makes an ass out of himself on a regular basis, he doesn't want to do it here.]
Damn it. She should've asked someone to go with her, or left it to somebody else.
no subject
[Not that she can tell what he's thinking or feeling, but it's not difficult to see that he's frustrated, and with reason.]
I don't think there's anything else here. We don't have to stay.
no subject
[Words fail him. He's not an idealist, or at least he tells himself he's not, but you know, sometimes, everybody is, and ideally, they wouldn't be in this situation.]
You're right. We should probably go.
no subject
Where did you come from? Did you find anything? There's such a large distance between here and where she was found...
no subject
[He should probably answer that first question too.]
I was downstairs until I heard that. Then I saw all the blood, figured I'd check this out first. I know she's...she's over at the river from what Recette said, but like with Dia, I don't know how much use I'd actually be there.
[It's an honest admission, he can look at a body and be like yeah, that looks like how they died, but he's not good at making the connections that got there.]
no subject
While Edna's investigating the weapon/diary pile, she'll take her (poorly composed) pictures, then cross the room to take one from the other side, running her hand along the rumpled bed while she's over there snapping a picture of the door from the inside.]
