Monday-Sunday, Week 4

Today is quiet. Surprisingly so. There's no wake up call for the longest time, and everything seems to be almost scarily quiet. At least, until 12 PM, where the familiar voice of a female whom everyone will recognize as M chimes in.

"Hello, everybody. No need to come to the lobby or anything today for the announcement; this week will be a no murder week. The first reason is due to the Easter holiday. The second reason being because there's something wrong with Fav and this town. Meaning, I'll need you all to help me. You don't want to die because the town fell out of the sky, would you? Anyway, the task is pretty simple: find various colored eggs throughout the town. Easy. Certain eggs give you notes, some give you candy, but what I'm looking for is a body. There are eggs with body parts scattered all over. The eggs are small, but they can contain items that are bigger than itself. If you collect the body parts and reassemble them, this town will be safe. For the time being. If you do succeed, the lobby will become a ballroom on Easter Sunday, and I will provide proper clothes, music, and food for you all. Oh, and I fixed Zack's mess, in the dollhouse. That is all. And don't bother trying to answer back. I won't respond."

Of course, after her words are said and done, everyone who is alive will notice the slight static in some of the buildings, almost unstable. Sometimes you'll even find your hand going through things, occasionally. Even more so if you're in your magical form. Also, to note: apparently the network is down, even though transforming works just fine.

"Finding Home" Club Meeting

[After the announcement, there's cards in familiar writing being slid under everyone's doors (except Zack) that reads the following:

Going Finding Home Club meeting! Same place as last time, and remember: the first rule is not to talk about the club meetings outside of club meetings! Even if the network is down, we should keep our phones turned off during club meetings anyway.

Those who attend the meeting will find that Eruna has everything set up like before, though now the board has new topics up for discussion:

-- Anything new that was discovered after last week's meeting!
-- M-chan's super weird egg hunt??
-- Ghost letters and methods of confirming the senders?
-- Candy Sharing + Ideas for Bonding Activities!]

That last one is very important because clearly we need to all learn how to get along and work together properly instead of killing each other, okay?

[Zack's staying close to Eruna and letting the pokemon loose in the meeting area again. He made a bunch of enimes last week and the last thing anyone needs is more murder.]

I'm still thinking about that doll thing Eliza mentioned in her letter. If I remember correctly, one of the dolls started moving on its own while Mia and I were investigating the dollhouse. If that was Eliza and not some sort of other creepy shit...

Maybe we can use the dolls to confirm the letters?

I asked Miss Tamamo to write us a letter before she..

[Are there words for 'before she got sliced into a cake?" Probably not, so she'll just trail off and leave it at that.]

Though considering Fav was present, I suppose that couldn't necessarily be trusted either.

It might have been her. I stayed after you bolted and the doll gave a nod to the question 'Are you Eliza?' after she spelled out the name.

Though that doesn't mean much, anyone can nod to any questions.

Can they forge a letter, though?

Handwriting forgery is an art that has been practiced by criminals for ages, so I don't see why someone wouldn't be able to.

Then how the fuck are we supposed to figure out if it's them or not?!

It's irritating. If we ask the presumed ghosts to write something that only they could know, that ultimately counts for nothing as well. Our captors have proven to have access to all our secrets anyway.

So in the end, we need to each individually make a choice about whether or not we believe in what is told to us.

I don't know if there is a way to be one hundred percent sure, Zack.

[A beat.]

It's just that... it wouldn't be surprising to me if they weren't truly gone either.

[Dahlia will be present at the meeting, carrying a small package wrapped in newspaper in her hands.]

I have an odd question to ask of everyone present. Is the name "Hinata Hajime" familiar to anyone?

"Hinata Hajime"? ... No, I don't think I know that name.

... Hang on, I've got an idea!

[Eruna turns to her board, and writes the following message:

"Ghost friends, if you're here among us right now, put this symbol at the end of your next letter!"

The symbol in question is the letters FH incased in a circle with little wings drawn on it... yes, she has decided that this is the club logo on the spot.]

That sounds like a ridiculously common Japanese name. [ ZANGE..... ] But no, I've never heard of it before.

I dunno if anyone's here to see that.

[Recette is fiddling with Slinky's Pokeball. She feels super bad for not letting them out yet, but with everything that happened right after she got 'em, she didn't want to freak Slinky out by coming back to all THAT. So she'll... let them out later today. Or maybe here if someone gets her to. Either way she's looking somewhat nervously at the Pokeball.

She has an table set up next to the board with an note book open to an page reading "Item Trading Post"

The only things she has on the table are a Kiss Note, an An ・ Annn・ An, a Lascivious Wonders of Nature, and a Overlord T-Back.

Recette is doing her best to ignore the Overlord T-Back in particular.]

You never know, Zack! They could be here as club members too!

Yeah! I mean, the dead want to find home too, so we should include them!

[Eruna's logic seems a-okay to her.]

Yeah, I get that, but the only way we're hearing about them so far is through letters sent during the trial and moving the dolls around.

So... Do you think they got the memo about the meeting?

[This is news to him.]

[Is that another pokeball?]

[Crown notices it first. He comes up to Recette and starts sniffing at it, before making a bunch of Deerling noises. It seems like he's trying to get someone's attention.]

[Meanwhile, Zack is staring at the peculiar selection of items on the table.]

Uh... What the hell is this?

[Recette looks from the pokeball in her hands and back to Crown.]

Hey... if I let them out, can you do me a super duper big favor and help me calm them down? I... I don't wanna mess this up.

[Recette looks back at Zack once he asks about the stuff.]

I got all that from the gatcha. I don't really want any of it, so I thought I'd trade people for their stuff.

[She's not gonna go out and charge candy, that'd be just plain rude.]
