Magical Girl Raising Project
Monday-Thursday, Week 1
20 REMAIN
It's already been seven days, and things don't seem to change much... except for the fact that the task board has been updated. Of course, on Monday, everyone will once again be reminded of a rather hasty announcement at 9 AM in the morning. Of course, Fav won't wake up people who are too sleepy, but the words that the fairy seems to say make things fill up with a higher sense of urgency.
- "Wake up, pon! There's a huge announcement that needs to be given, pon! It's very important that you come downstairs, pon."

Like I said in the chatroom, our abilities and other things we had are being sold to us in the shop for candies. I got one of mine back-- but it's not capable of breaking down the barrier or anything. Anything that hits that thing seems to bounce right back, so you should be careful if you throw anything. It might come back and hit you.
[If it doesn't kill you, she will laugh.]
Then there was the other person who showed up in the chatroom. Our mysterious fairy tale "magical girl". According to her, this was always the plan, and everything else was just a facade. Including Fav, who she claims is an imposter of some sort. They seem to be trying to get in-- if we take them at their word.
[If they could just wait and be saved that would be great, however...]
But we only have until the end of the week. If we don't do something by then, "M" will. Or at least... that's what we've been told. One every week, until they've reached their new calculated number of four.
[Edna seems to be taking it all with a grain of salt, but at the very least she's trying to listen to everything in the case that it might actually help.]

[Tamamo doesn't actually want to be here. But playing nice is essential, so she drags herself in and tries to contribute.] I did overhear that no one would be eliminated, should we all have the same candy count. So, for this week, our best option is to all come together civilly and share our candies. We'd have to make sure our total count is divisible by 20.
[Tamamo didn't hear about the mysterious magical girl, though.]
However, if this is all meant to be a facade, I doubt sharing candies would do much other than incite further anger. We are at their mercy, after all.

[Zack looked up at Edna.] She said she was trying to get in and kill that M bitch and her stupid clone blob, but the way to do that is to use this magical weapon on M's phone.
I asked her if we could have the weapon so we can do it ourselves, but NO. It's too fucking risky, she says.

I didn't talk to Snow White-san myself, but I agree that she made the right decision in not giving the weapon to somebody willy nilly. We've only seen M-san on the phones and not in person. Someone can lie and use the weapon to kill another person, and if we all want to get out of here alive, we shouldn't have to risk that once a powerful weapon shows up here that someone will actually betray us.
I... also don't think it's right to kill anybody. As a goddess, I will not allow it, even if they have committed many sins. There has to be another way besides killing them to stop this game.

[His now-former boss was a weird priest that claimed to be "God" of the building he ran, and he kept calling Zack an "angel" like he was some goody two shoes. The only thing backing up that claim was the fact that sacrifices seem to keep seeing weird shit whenever they're around him.]

Whatever, don't you think we might be stuck in a situation where killing is the only option? It doesn't have to be us, but somebody's gotta die at some point? May as well be the bastard who started it.

[Edna nodded.] Will breaking her phone with that really kill both her and that fish though? If you could do that, wouldn't that make M some kind of Magical Girl herself?
[On the other hand-- she can't believe she's actually seriously using the term Magical Girl. Who the hell came up with that unimpressive term?]
