It's only been two weeks and you've already lost two of your comrades: Dia Kurosawa and Beyond Birthday. But you have to move forward, otherwise there's no possible way that you'll even get the slightest chance to go back home, or even stop this horrific game. Nevertheless, the same voice from Fav chimes in at 9 AM in the morning, just as always.

"Wake up, pon! There will be another important announcement in the lobby, so it's important that you show up, pon."

[Her eyes light up.] Yeah, that must be it! Do you have it with you?

[zackthekiller]

No...

[Why would he drag it around when he doesn't have any use for it?]

It's in my room. I can lead you there to go get it.

[telecosmetic]

[She nods, still looking excited.] Alright, come on Dragon!

[zackthekiller]

[He leads her onto the second floor of the Inn, and stops her in front of room 16.]

Lemme go get it... My room's kind of a mess.

[He opens the door and slips inside for a second.

[telecosmetic]

[Eliza nods, bouncing on her heels and humming as she waits outside.]

[zackthekiller]

[Zack returns with the pokeball in his hand. He gives it back to Eliza.]

Here you go, one weird critter in a ball. Have fun.

[telecosmetic]

[Eliza grins as she accepts it.] Oh my gosh, thank you so much! [She looks hesitant for a moment, before lunging forward to hug him with one arm, using her other to press the button on the Pokeball.]

[zackthekiller]

[Zack tenses up as he finds himself embraced.]

[He's a horrible person. An unrepentant sinner. Someone who should be put in prison for the many lives he's taken...]

[And yet, here he is, being embraced by a small, gleeful child. Something inside of him begins to swell, telling him to lunge out at her now, to grab her by the throat and cut her open. To let her blood spill...]

[For once, he resists this urge. It didn't seem very fair to kill someone right after you've given something of hers back. Besides, he saw what happened to Beyond...]

[He'll just stand there, unsure of what to do.]

[telecosmetic]

[Eliza is totally unaware of most of this internal struggle, but lets go soon enough to glance over at the Pokemon she just sent out. The Deerling raises an eyebrow.]

Oh...hi there, Crown. It's a long story about what happened and why we're here, but this is Zack! He's a...friend.

[YOU HAVE BECOME FRIENDS WITH ELIZA. ELIZA WILL NOW DIE FOR YOU.]

[Crown blinks a few times, before stepping forward and circling Zack.]

[zackthekiller]

[OH BOY! THIS ISN'T OMINOUS AT ALL.]

[Zack stumbles back as he realizes there's a small deer thing circling him. He has no idea how to deal with this, ok?]

Uh... Hi Crown?

[telecosmetic]

[Crown leans forward, sniffs at Zack's pants, and then tries to nibble on them, although he soon spits them out. Eliza giggles.]

He did the same to me when I first met him. Although I guess he probably is pretty hungry. [She looks over at Crown.] There's a park here we can bring you to, though. [She pauses.] Actually...you said you got a rose in a bottle. Do you think it's a real one?

[zackthekiller]

We can check...

[Zack wanders back inside, leaving the door open this time so Eliza can see his disaster of a room.]

[He picks up the rose from the side table and walks back over to Crown. He uncorks the bottle, turns it over, and proceeds to end up spilling the water/juices from the bottle as he struggles to free the rose from its prison.]

[He does manage to do it without breaking the bottle to pieces, and offers the flower to Crown.]

[telecosmetic]

[Crown sniffs as the rose is removed, leaning his head to watch Zack take it out and offer it. He leans forward, sniffing a bit more, before immediately snapping it up. He munches it up quickly, before making a very pleased "Ling!" sound.]

Oh wow, I think he likes it a lot! [Eliza pats Crown on the head.] Did you get any more of those?

[zackthekiller]

[Well, you gotta admit. That is really cute.]

[What kinda deer makes that noise, though?]

Uh... No. That's the only one I had. I was meaning to get rid of it, though.

[telecosmetic]

[He's a Pokemon, didn't you know?] Oh, well at least it got put to a good use! I guess we can ask around to see if anyone else got these.

[zackthekiller]

[But what IS he?]

Y-yeah... I guess. Or maybe we can make room service give us salads.

... What does Dragon eat, then?

[telecosmetic]

Yeah, that could work too.

Oh, he mostly eats dirt and rocks! He csn get them while burrowing. They both enjoy Berries though.

[zackthekiller]

Berries, huh?

[Like blueberries and strawberries?]

Good to know.

[telecosmetic]

Yeah, Crown likes bitter flavors best. Dragon likes all kinds of flavors though.

[zackthekiller]

[How does she know that?]

[Oh, that's right. They are HER pokemon.]

I'm no flavor expert, but I'll keep that in mind.

Thanks! Well, Crown only really dislikes spicy food, so that's pretty easy to pick out.
