It's been a ride. One where they all messed up and two innocent people died in the end. Of course, nobody knows who the killer is, with the exception of Fav and his master. Nevertheless, things seem to feel a lot more solemn and melancholy this week, and Fav's announcement does not help, either.

"Come downstairs. I have something to show you all, pon."

Did they really need to use up an entire locker for this?

[...is what Szayel says aloud to himself. So much compassion.

With not much to see (ha) here, he closes that locker and moves on to to following lockers in this cluster of five. Is it safe to say that the theme continues for these next three?]

[Yes. Yes they did. Nevertheless, the other lockers on the left side follow the pattern.]

[Preserving them in a jar is not that difficult, M!!

He goes through the next three rather quickly, not exactly holding back sneers at a couple of them. It's good to know that they're all here though, for scientific purposes.

With the group's dead rediscovered, Szayel turns his attention to that last green-lit locker on the far right. Now he's really curious. It's like he saved the actual surprise for last. He makes his way over and tugs at the locker door. Is he able to open this one?]

[He is! And when it opens, there's a bright light that seems to be coming from a... key? It's labeled 27.]

[...this was the last thing he expected, but okay. He thought it was weird enough that a key ended up in the arcade. Who puts a key in a locker for corpses?! Well, whatever. He'll go ahead and grab that key. Considering the previous reports of keys randomly showing up in places, he has a good feeling where it goes.

Before he heads out to investigate that though, he wants to poke around some more. Is there anything else in the morgue aside from the lockers? Cabinets, shelves, etc?]

[Nope, you're clear. Have fun.]

[On one hand, that's a little disappointing. He was hoping to find some interesting science-y things to read. Maybe in the rest of the hospital.

But on the other hand, he's got something interesting to investigate! After finishing up in the morgue, he makes his way over to Sakura Inn, climbing the stairs to the third floor and testing the key on Room 27's door.]

[And there it is, the sound of something unlocking.

> Go inside?]

[Bingo.

In he goes, yes! What do we have in here?]

[Well first of all, good luck trying to get out. That door is closing in three, two, one...

And that is the click of a door locking shut behind him. If he looks behind him, he will notice that the door has a huge, red number 6 on it along with a key card panel right next to it. Welcome to room 27.

Okay, but what he'll see is that on the left side of the room, there's a table with two things: one being a black folder and next to it a red suitcase.]

[What.

The fuck.

Szayel snaps his attention around to the door and immediately tries to open it to no avail. Even furiously jiggling the handle doesn't work.]

Shit.

[He glares at the 6 on the door. Of course he'd end up in the demented Grimmjow room.

He pauses to calm himself down, then decides to continue his investigation. There's a key card reader there, so there at least has to be a way out somewhere in this room.

Time to seek a way out.

He turns his attention back to the rest of the room, and makes his way to the table with items on it. Let's look at the folder first.]

[The folder gives a brief explanation about digital roots and escape rooms. The latter telling that you need to find clues in order to escape, but he's already figured that out.

Where to now?]

[perfectbeing]

[O...kay. The concept of digital roots is simple enough to understand. While he's not pleased about being locked in here, at least he gets to exercise his critical thinking on more things.

With that finished, he moves to examine the suitcase next, since it's sitting right there and all.]

[Good luck with that because the red suitcase has a keyhole along with what seems to be a four digit combination with numbers going from 0 - 9 per digit.]

[Of course it does.

All right, so looking in the suitcase obviously isn't happening right now. That must mean he's going to have to find the key and combination elsewhere in the room.

He glances around. What else is in here?]

[There's a bunk bed; they look rather old even though they're made. There's also a closet and bathroom, too. There seems to be a circle shaped window and it seems to be cracking a little bit...? But if he tries to look out the window, he'll notice that you can't see through it--

and that looks like water coming out of it. Just a little bit.]

[The window is pretty weird. Why the hell is it leaking?

Maybe he should just...back away from that for now and inspect the bathroom. Surely nothing bad is going to happen if he turns his back on the window, right?]

[It is a mystery.

Other than the fact that it's now cracking even more and leaking even more?? Nah, everything's fine. On the mirror there seems to be a piece of paper along with a blue key.]

[perfectbeing]

[All right, a key. That's progress, hopefully.

Also did he just hear a cracking noise?

Um.

Let's just...read the paper...]

[But before reading the paper, he'll probably notice that even though his reflection was formerly there it soon disappears as he sees a completely different face for a flicker of a second before it turns to normal.

But as for the paper it's a picture of triangles??? ]

[What the fuck was that. He blinks a few times, staring at the mirror and wondering if he actually just saw that.

2spooky.

Anyway, he squints at the triangle paper for a moment or two before deciding that he's definitely going to need more information. He'll pocket the paper and key and head back out toward the closet if there isn't anything else to come across in the bathroom.]

[There's actually a photo of a boat that looks old and on the back it has screws on it. Other than that, nothing else here, carry on.]

[perfectbeing]

[The photo will be pocketed as well! The screws are certainly interesting... He's sure that's going to be relevant at some point.

All right, to the closet!

...how's the window doing, by the way. Since he has to go back out in the main room anyway.]

[It's completely broken. Have fun with all that water. The closet seems to have some empty hangers along with a blue suitcase. Next to the closet, however, seems to be an old stove with a pot sitting on top of it.]

You have got to be fucking kidding me.

[Where did this water even come from? Do they just store it in the walls in this stupid inn?!

Trying not to panic, he snatches the blue suitcase and throws it on the table next to the red one. Okay, colored suitcases...the triangles on that sheet of paper were also red and blue, weren't they? He still doesn't know what the triangles symbolize though, so he'll just make a mental note of the connection for now.

As he's doing that, he does take note of the stove. What's going on over here?]
