Monday-Sunday, Week 4

Today is quiet. Surprisingly so. There's no wake up call for the longest time, and everything seems to be almost scarily quiet. At least, until 12 PM, where the familiar voice of a female whom everyone will recognize as M chimes in.

"Hello, everybody. No need to come to the lobby or anything today for the announcement; this week will be a no murder week. The first reason is due to the Easter holiday. The second reason being because there's something wrong with Fav and this town. Meaning, I'll need you all to help me. You don't want to die because the town fell out of the sky, would you? Anyway, the task is pretty simple: find various colored eggs throughout the town. Easy. Certain eggs give you notes, some give you candy, but what I'm looking for is a body. There are eggs with body parts scattered all over. The eggs are small, but they can contain items that are bigger than itself. If you collect the body parts and reassemble them, this town will be safe. For the time being. If you do succeed, the lobby will become a ballroom on Easter Sunday, and I will provide proper clothes, music, and food for you all. Oh, and I fixed Zack's mess, in the dollhouse. That is all. And don't bother trying to answer back. I won't respond."

Of course, after her words are said and done, everyone who is alive will notice the slight static in some of the buildings, almost unstable. Sometimes you'll even find your hand going through things, occasionally. Even more so if you're in your magical form. Also, to note: apparently the network is down, even though transforming works just fine.

[They're not locked, no. Inside seems to be some sort of pins, or something like that.]

[... Huh. These she does not recognize, but they're kind of pretty looking (?). If she opens up all the cases, do they all have the same thing inside them?]

[They're different kinds of pins in each case, but essentially, yes.]

[Alrighty, she'll put the black cases back on the table the way she found them. Is there anything else about the room that's worthy of note/inspection before she finally gets with the program and throws a pokeball? If she's good to go, she'll go ahead and try to open the one with the lightning on it! ...She's not sure what to expect here.]

[.....and then it dawns on her that this thing proooobably doesn't realize whoever owned it is now dead. She doesn't really know how sentient pokemon are, but uh... awkward. M why do you create these situations!! Luckily if there's a fuss she can always put it back in the pokeball right/ Riiiiight?]

[Say hello to Pikachu, although he's definitely confused as to why he was in a Pokeball to begin with. A conundrum. No matter. He's here now, he supposes.

Although he might be peering around to look for something...]

[....... welp. Doesn't take a genius to work out what this "Pika" thing is looking for.]

You're looking for your owner, right?

I don't know if you'll understand me, but I don't think they're around anymore.

[The Pikachu folds its arms over its chest, tilting his head. Clearly he has no idea what she means by that, exactly. You might want to be more straightforward with him.]

[Yeah, okay she didn't think that one would suffice as an explanation, but it would have been nice. But okay, Pika is clearly sentient and understanding her, despite being a little simple. She breathes out.]

You see..... I don't know how long you've been inside that ball, but there aren't any other people around who appear to have creatures like you around anymore.

[Is that less subtle. Probably not. She'll be more direct.]

I think your owner might only be with us in spirit.
