Monday-Thursday, Week 5

13 REMAIN

Unlike the quiet of last week, the sounds of the occasional static seem to stop; the world around them seems to become more stable and fluid, as if the week prior had never happened. Hands no longer occasionally go through walls or buildings, the eggs are no longer there as well as the body they managed to complete. Just like Cinderella at the chime of midnight, everything goes back to the way it used to be, here in Town A.

Of course "used to be" is a rather loose term, as the tasks are still broken for some reason and nobody seems to appear around Town A anymore. Nevertheless, at around 9 AM in the morning, everyone's phones turn immediately on, regardless of whether they had it off or not at the time, as an announcement is made-

"Since everything is now back to normal thanks to my master, we will continue with the game, pon. There is an announcement to be made that you all would really like to hear, so make sure you all meet in the inn lobby, pon. I'll be waiting."

[There seems to be something glistening - glowing, really - in the area near where the bows and arrows are kept.

[He guesses he's investigating.

What's the glowing object near the bows and arrows?]

[It's a key! More specifically, a key that is labeled 30.]

[sedatedkiss]

[30 huh? Does it look like it belongs to a room at the inn?]

[raisingproject]

[Yes, it does.]

[sedatedkiss]

[For the sake of just investigating, Joshua will go back to the inn and find this room 30 and attempt to use the key on the door.]

[There's a definite click of something unlocking. Seems like it worked! Enter?]

[sedatedkiss]

[He's not sure what to expect inside, but he'll go in. Is there anything inside that will catch his eye immediately?]

[On the table to the right side, there seems to be a small stack of books. If he decides to look closer, he'll see the titles: The Moon Over the Mountain and Light, Wind and Dreams. Next to the books seems to be a plushie and food. There's even chopsticks right next to it, too.

On the bed seems to be several black briefcases.]

[Books definitely keep his interest. He'll pick them up and leaf through them a bit, however, he won't take them. Especially since this place looks like it may be occupied by someone.

Though the briefcases also catch his interest. It probably won't hurt to take a tiny peek into one of them. So that he does, unlatching the thing and carefully opening one up. Hopefully, nothing pops out at him that will kill him...]

[Thankfully, it's not locked. What's inside seems to be currency. More specifically, Japanese currency. In fact, there's enough briefcases to make seven billion yen.]

[Well then...

...too bad it's not candies, they could end this game early. Unfortunately, Joshua has no idea what the currencies mean or how significant they are. Not his currency he uses...]

[Too bad, indeed. Anywhere else you'd like to check? There's the closet and bathroom.]

[Well, since he's here he may as well...

He'll check the closet. Anything noteworthy in here that will pop out at him?]

[The closet has a lot of plain white shirts, all long sleeved. They're kind of dirty and some are slightly torn.]

[sedatedkiss]

[Are they men's shirts? Women's shirts? For a small person? A large person? What kind of shirts are we looking at other than long sleeved and white?]

[Men's shirts. They're collared and meant for someone who's average; not too small but not too large, either.]

[sedatedkiss]

[Okay, cool. Anything else in the closet or should he head to the bathroom?]

[Nothing else in this closet, so go ahead into the bathroom.]

[sedatedkiss]

[Let's see what there is here... in a bathroom. Other than the basics.]

[Besides the basics, there's strands of black and silver hair in the sink.]

[sedatedkiss]

[He needs to teach someone about basic hygiene, Aidios help them all. Are they long hairs? Short hairs? What's he looking at other than just color?]

[A mix of short and medium length. There's nothing else here.]

[sedatedkiss]

[Is one color longer than the other? Or are both colors a mix of those lengths?]

[raisingproject]

[Black tends to be more more the shorter side, although there are some medium length ones but not as much as the silver. There is also a lot more silver hair in general than the black.]
