With the beloved "leader" of the meetings dead, things seem a lot more grim than usual. But that doesn't show in the trial's background music, a rather cheery song that doesn't match the trial at all whatsoever. Which isn't exactly new, considering who's running the trial, but it is definitely a dishonor to the one that's died. Nevertheless, the show must go on.

"This is the trial for Eruna Ichinomiya, also known as Lady Zapper, pon," Fav notes, the same as always. Of course, there's a little difference in the trial area today. You can hear the slight sounds of static and even see the place glitch a bit every now and again. But what's more important than that is the fact that there seems to be a tree right behind the fountain now. A really, really huge tree. That wasn't there before. Someone must have redecorated.

Not that it changes much.

Yeah, I can confirm it was there during the last trial. I figured it didn't have anything to do with Nanami's death, so I didn't bring it up.

I checked the police station. There were some burn marks just outside. There were also some burnt bandages and a ribbon there.

And I checked Joshua's room too. There was a pin in the bathroom trash-- but not much else. It was very clean. Oh-- well. I guess he also had bandages in his room as well, if that counts for anything.

I imagine hearing I have bandages in my room will make people question things, so I suppose I should clear that up. I use bandages to wrap my wrists and upper arms to keep them supported. I've done so since I was young and it's a habit I still keep up.

It looks that way. But someone who knew her better could probably verify it better.

And if those bandages got bloody, you'd need to destroy that evidence.

Someone who is smarter than you, that's who. Do you honestly expect me to write in a language people understand so that when someone searches my room they'll be able to read all my intimate secrets?

If that were the case, that would be true. No one wants to walk around with such critical evidence on them.

Hmm... well there were burns around the Police Station as well, so it's more likely that the bandages were a victim of the attack, I'd think. Like if you shot fire out of your hand, your wrist bandages might get caught in the flame... kind of like that.

[She's used to weird magic attacks, so this is her example.]

That sword came from room 22. Zack should be able to verify that. He came to get the training dummy from that room.

And no, I don't wear boots. That would just look like a poor attempt to make up for my height.

[Since she's able to read it she'll find that the notebook is riddled in Latin numbers. With the exceptions of the names. LIKE HOLY SHIT, THESE ARE PAGES THAT ARE JUST WRITTEN IN LATIN NUMBERS.

Except for the first page, which reads:

This is for whom I wish to save.]
