☆ WEEK FIVE ( TRIAL - DAY ONE )
Trial Day #1
Saturday, Week 5

Victim
Suspects
With the beloved "leader" of the meetings dead, things seem a lot more grim than usual. But that doesn't show in the trial's background music, a rather cheery song that doesn't match the trial at all whatsoever. Which isn't exactly new, considering who's running the trial, but it is definitely a dishonor to the one that's died. Nevertheless, the show must go on.
"This is the trial for Eruna Ichinomiya, also known as Lady Zapper, pon," Fav notes, the same as always. Of course, there's a little difference in the trial area today. You can hear the slight sounds of static and even see the place glitch a bit every now and again. But what's more important than that is the fact that there seems to be a tree right behind the fountain now. A really, really huge tree. That wasn't there before. Someone must have redecorated.
Not that it changes much.
12 REMAIN

[His smile is wry now.]
Though I can't deny I'm still a broken human being. The blood of thousands of people is on my hands and that is a fact that I will never, ever deny.

[She doesn't want to think right now. Everything hurts so much as it is.]
But this is the second time I've had to watch a world take away the person most precious to me. What gives you the right to say yours should live?

[For all that talk about living a thousand years, Joshua truly wonders if she's even seen as much shit as he has. Though he's not here to really play this game.]
Though if I hadn't done anything, it would have been the second time the world has taken the most precious person away from me, too. It's give and take, and for once, I did the taking.

[And yet this has happened twice now.]
... [She lets out a deep breath.] ...it doesn't matter. It's not like I'd really kill her.
[For all her talk it was only... sadness and rage speaking.]
