20 REMAIN...?

It's been a rather rough couple of days. Of course it has, given the fact that Fav made the announcement that he'd be cutting the number down to four, and the fact that killing someone would actually make people get candy a lot faster than normal. But nobody is irrational enough to take Fav up on his rather generous offer, right? After all, it's murder!

Nevertheless, the town seems rather quiet as always and it doesn't seem that anything horrible is going to happen at all in the slightest bit. It's just your normal, ordinary Friday, so feel free to go about it as you wish, whether you sleep in or otherwise.

[Once Eruna has run out of the lung capacity needed for screaming, she tugs on Recette's arm a little here.]

M--maybe we should back out of the way for now?

[Or rather, as much as she would like to tear off and hunt down whoever it was that killed Dia, there's still Recette here and she doesn't deserve being left with... this.]

[Just... gonna try and take deep breaths.]

Maybe upstairs or another room?

Yeah, let's... let's go sit in another room instead.

[And thus, Eruna is gonna take Recette's hand here and leave this room to the others to continue investigating.

As we're approaching Rooms 28-30, is there anything that might stick out to them here, or are they good to use one of these rooms to hang out in.]

[ There definitely is! Rooms 28 and 29 are open for your perusual, but Room 30 seems to be locked somehow. Would you like to take a look? ]

[... That's strange, why is that one locked?

Eruna is going to test the door to see if there's a way to open it or if there's a key nearby before making sure the other two rooms are clear.]

[B is finally showing up too though he might have made a pitstop at his bedroom first (just in case. Because really, killer.) Though once they seem to have difficulty getting 30 open...]

Find something?

Maybe? I'm not sure yet.

[... Or rather, she kind of hopes it's nothing to be concerned about. It would not be a good day at all they stumbled across another dead person here, right?]

[ No way to open it, but if she peers in closely there's some sort of metal stuck onto the lock, as if to jam it. ]

[... Well that's odd.]

There's something stuck here in the lock.

[As if... someone didn't want other people to be able to open this door.]

Do.... do we need to get someone to break it down or something?

[Zack is just in the other room with Dia's corpse so...]

I mean... Zack probably could if we need it done.

[She's gonna look close at the metal. Can it be pried off or are we gonna need to get Zack?]

I'm a little sad you didn't think of asking me...

[He may have enjoyed turning into girls but he's right here! He has a strong kick! But actually, nah, Zack would probably like this so he won't take this from him.]

It's quite suspicious that another room besides the crime scene would be locked, though.

[And here's Edna, with the thing that metal probably came from.]

[She's ready to bust it down herself if no one stops her.]

[Taiki hasn't said a word, has been quiet this whole time. But eventually, he'll speak with his head lowered, hair obscuring his eyes.]

...Eruna. Stay with Recette. I'm going to stay here a little longer, but I'll catch up to you both... after.

[After he forces himself to look at the body...]

... Yeah, of course.

[Don't worry buddy, we'll make sure Recette is okay.]

[Recette is still in her poofy magical girl dress. Even though there doesn't appear to be any danger... it just hasn't occurred to her to not change out yet.]

....Why would anyone do that to Dia?

[Edna's still in her magical girl outfit herself, from her adventures in knocking that locked door down.]

I don't know. But whoever it was... we're going to find them. That might be the only way to really know what they were thinking.

[Either way, she doesn't want to let anyone else get hurt especially not these two.]

[She wants to know why. Dia seemed to be a good leader and so nice...]

I'm fine Lady Edna. Just... really scared, sad, and confused.

[guess who is getting a hug now!!]

[...she's not sure why she was so worried. Eruna looks fine.

But then... who's to say she'd know anyway, how she was really feeling. It could just be a front. Either way, she's going to return the hug with only a short second of hesitation.]
