15 REMAIN...?

You guys thought last week was strange? This week is even worse. First of all, there's the lingering thoughts in the air, the attempt to deduce who the real killer of Eliza was after failure. It's a bright determination never to fail again. But then, there was that motive... a friend in danger, and the fact that it's difficult to tell if they're real or not.

At least waking up seems to be fine; there's no big issue... except for the fact that today is the final day before Fav decided to kill the hostages. There has to be a way to stop him-

"Someone has been murdered, pon. And because of that, your hostages will be spared, pon."

Well, then.

[Good... no need to worry about stepping in blood outside our room then.

If there's nothing off about the lobby and bath house, she's going to step out at 9:30 and head toward the corner store to check there next, as well as check the item shop from where it stands across the street from it.]

[Both locations are just like they were the day before. The item shop only has one item left for purchase, the appreciation card.]

[Sorry appreciation card, we don't got time to look at you, we've got a murder to investigate.

As such, after letting out a groan of frustration, she'll start running in the direction of the middle school to see if there's anything off there like there was last week.]

[Still just a middle school. Creepy as the rest of this town but clean.]

[Still creepy, but no signs of murder. Alright then.

It's probably 10 by now due to how much time Eruna spends checking each floor of the school, but once it becomes clear it's still the same as ever, she then remembers the creepy dollhouse, so that's where she's running off to from the school here!]

[The dollhouse door is ajar, when she gets there.]

[Oh? Eruna braces herself upon noticing this, taking a deep breath before she'll push the door open further and take a step inside, provided there's no blood right in the opening passage here.

How does the entrance look? Anything in disarray or should we go in further?]

[The entrance looks the same as it did the day and night before. The dolls still face the open door with vacant stares. Nothing out of place but there's a faint scent in the air.

Not yet discernible.]

[Strange... she can't tell what it is, so clearly we need to go in further towards the back of the house to investigate.]

[It's part way inside, too far to sprint for the door that she'll find Seraphina collapsed on the floor and a body there's no other way to put that.

The face has been smashed in. Only the clothes make it recognizable. Nanami Chiaki is dead.]

[Yeah okay that is definitely scream-worthy what the fuck.

Before Eruna starts calling everyone, she's going to check Seraphina: is she dead too, or just unconscious?]

[Unconscious is the name of the game here. Not a double murder.]

[Oh good. Eruna is gonna message everyone, before turning her attention back to Seraphina.

Maybe it's not a good idea to move someone in this condition, but also she needs to find a way to wake Seraphina back up, so while in her transformed magical girl state, she's going to attempt picking up Seraphina and moving her away from Nanami's body so that there's space for others to investigate that + Seraphina isn't waking up to see murder first thing.]

[Dahlia shows up a few minutes after the message, and is honestly a little shocked by how mild that network description was. "found a body" doesn't seem to convey just how badly said body got mangled here, uh.....l

Wait - no! Miss Eruna, we need to [She whips out the magical phone to take a picture of the scene first. Sorry.] ... you mustn't move her just yet.

Oh... right, I guess it would be better to take a picture and stuff first.

[Not that she... likes the idea taking pictures of Nanami's corpse and everything around it, including the unconscious Seraphina, for evidence. But she'll wait for Dahlia to do so here.]

I'm sorry, Miss Eruna, I- I just want to make sure we get the correct killer this week...

[She's at least quick about it, making sure to take both close ups of the scene, and one from further away to get the whole picture documented. Once that's done, she'll look at Seraphina a little more closely to see if there's any indication of what might have caused her to fall unconscious. Starting there because hey... it's not like the other body is going anywhere any time soon, you see.

Any signs of injury or anything unusual about Seraphine?]

[ While everyone is having a party around Seraphina, Miach finally slides in and -upon seeing Seraphina is waking up- makes her way straight to Nanami. It's.... kind of very icky looking, but whatever nausea she feels at sight and smell, Miach swallows.

What position is the body in? ]

[Nanami is on her back, hands at her sides, and face turned up towards the slight spattering of blood on the ceiling.]

[ Blood on the ceiling?

Miach will take a photo of that. Oh and of Nanami too while she's at it.

But how about that blood? Is there a specific pattern to the splatter?

And on another note are there any foreign objects like dirt or shards in the bloody mess that is left of Nanami's face? ]

[The spatters are inconsistent.

As for the bloody mess, shards of glass are embedded in the mess of the face.]

[ ........ this casts a different light on Seraphina over there.

Do the shards have a specific color or pattern? Anything that allows you to guess what they are from? ]

[The shards all match. One side of them is reflective. They could potentially be part of the same thing.]

[Coming over to help Miach once Seraphina has calmed down sufficiently.

Does the glass found in Seraphina's hand match the shards found in Nanami's face?]

[That is a yes. It's a perfect match.]
