It's only been two weeks and you've already lost two of your comrades: Dia Kurosawa and Beyond Birthday. But you have to move forward, otherwise there's no possible way that you'll even get the slightest chance to go back home, or even stop this horrific game. Nevertheless, the same voice from Fav chimes in at 9 AM in the morning, just as always.

"Wake up, pon! There will be another important announcement in the lobby, so it's important that you show up, pon."

Yeah alright, she's investigating. Time to look for what was just shining.]

[It seems to be a key. It's right next to a set of phones that have several game applications on it, such as Love Live, Pokemon Go, BanG Dream, Candy Crush, and Fire Emblem: Heroes.

The key itself seems to be the one glowing and there seems to be a number on it: 22.]

Ah--

[Well then. She'll just be taking that.]

22... [Thinking about the rooms they have, then that means--] From the third floor of the inn?

[Well then. It can't be helped. She's going to go to the the third floor of the Sakura Inn and look for room 22. When she finds it, she tries to unlock it.]

[Once the key is slotted in place, there is a definite click of something unlocking. Enter?]

[...it opened!

Alright then... enter she shall. But only after tucking the key away safely first.]

[Room 22. When the door creaks open the first thing to draw the eye is a hole in the wall right beside a wooden practice dummy. The bed is against the far wall, meticulously made and a nightstand beside it has a thick tome and oiling cloth.

A whetstone and bottle of oil lay inside the open drawer of the nightstand. Propped up between the drawer and the bed is a sheathed sword.

[THAT SURE IS A HOLE IN THE WALL.

In honor of Sorey and Meebo, Edna decides to start with the thick tome. It definitely doesn't look like anything she'd read.

Does it have a title? What will flipping through it casually tell her?]

[The hole is round and from the bed the cracks along the edges are visible.

The thick tome however has no title but, is full of battle plans each is outlined and the potential scenarios whether of success or failure written out in long hand. At the far back, the handwriting is different. It's just as precise, but gone are the battle plans. In their place is the following words.

Mother, I swear to you. I will regain my strength and use it to protect my new comrades. Then I will return to you and father.]

[Edna glances over both sets of writing, and gives a few of the battle plans a few seconds of attention. She'll take this with her since there's no way she can read it all now. Besides, it might be important.

She also takes a closer look at the sword. The cloth, whetstone and oil are probably items used to take care of it, she guesses.]

[The sword is almost as big as Edna herself. The red hilt is long, the span of two hands if she puts her hands on it.]

[Ugh. She doesn't do swords, but... here she is. Dragging it over to the bed, she lays it down on it, so she can pull it out of it's sheath.]

[The sword is heavy making it extremely difficult to move at all. It leaves the sheathe easily enough revealing a pristine blade. There isn't a dent or spot of rust. The weapon looks brand new while the rest of the room is covered in thick dust.]

[So then. The chances that someone had been here recently just shot up. Suddenly Edna doesn't want to leave this here at all. But she'll take care of that after she's done investigating.

For now, she leaves the unsheathed sword on the bed and goes to inspect the training dummy. How is it for wear and tear? Was it used a lot or is it newer? She's expecting some serious marks with a sword like that in here, if it was used.]

[The training dummy has been beaten up a lot. The poor thing is covered nicks and cuts. There's a wooden dowel in the shoulder straight through a round hole.The wider cuts are all across the chest and head.

Yet arms have signs of repair. The upper forearm on the left side is newer than the right. While the fingers of right hand have also been replaced with newer wood.]

[You will find an annoyed looking Zack on the way there. He seems to have a glowing key of his own and he's in the middle of the hallway, trying the key on everything.]

[Do you help him before he breaks a lock?]

...? Zack?

[YEAH SHE'S GONNA... HELP HIM OUT before he breaks anything.]

What are you trying to do?

[It looks like she has her own, with 22 on it.]

Grrrrh! Why won't this open?!

[Oh, hey Edna. He's in front of room 26 right now, and he's trying to use a key with 21 on it.]

[Zack still can't read. He does notice the other glowy key, though.]

... Huh? You got one too?

[breakingthrough]

Yes... I found this one in the arcade.

[Hold on there. Edna tilts her head in order to properly read the number on the key from where he has it; pushing the tip into room 26's door.]

...try pushing a little harder.

[EDNA.... no. She can't let him break it.]

Or you could try it on the right door. [Teasing aside--] It's over here.

[She's just gonna... pull him over to the right door.]

[He was actually gonna try that before you pulled her away.]

Geez, lady. Make up your mind!

[But if this seems to be the right door, then he'll shove the key in there and tries the door.]

[The key that Zack got definitely works, as they can hear an unlocking noise from the other side. Enter?]

[zackthekiller]

[Oh. Okay then.]

Uh... Okay, so I guess you unlocked the other room. Guess we split up and search them both?

[breakingthrough]

Alright. We can meet up afterwards.

[...just to be safe though...]

But if anything seems off or something weird happens, yell.

Gotcha.

[So he enters room 21...]

[ When they open room 21, they'll find themselves in a room very much like the others. The bed is made, but there seems to be several things immediately out of place. On the desk seems to be a laptop of some sort, along with a closed notebooks right next to it, along with a pen.

Next to the laptop are several of the vibrating kokeshi dolls; a whole row of them, in fact.

[GREAT. Lots of shit he can't read.]

[He's going to have to call her up and get her to read everything in a bit. First let's look at the vibrators.]
