Monday-Sunday, Week 4

Today is quiet. Surprisingly so. There's no wake up call for the longest time, and everything seems to be almost scarily quiet. At least, until 12 PM, where the familiar voice of a female whom everyone will recognize as M chimes in.

"Hello, everybody. No need to come to the lobby or anything today for the announcement; this week will be a no murder week. The first reason is due to the Easter holiday. The second reason being because there's something wrong with Fav and this town. Meaning, I'll need you all to help me. You don't want to die because the town fell out of the sky, would you? Anyway, the task is pretty simple: find various colored eggs throughout the town. Easy. Certain eggs give you notes, some give you candy, but what I'm looking for is a body. There are eggs with body parts scattered all over. The eggs are small, but they can contain items that are bigger than itself. If you collect the body parts and reassemble them, this town will be safe. For the time being. If you do succeed, the lobby will become a ballroom on Easter Sunday, and I will provide proper clothes, music, and food for you all. Oh, and I fixed Zack's mess, in the dollhouse. That is all. And don't bother trying to answer back. I won't respond."

Of course, after her words are said and done, everyone who is alive will notice the slight static in some of the buildings, almost unstable. Sometimes you'll even find your hand going through things, occasionally. Even more so if you're in your magical form. Also, to note: apparently the network is down, even though transforming works just fine.

Ah, we're wondering about the laptop that was found last week. I don't know too much about it, actually....

I thought Edna was looking at that?

If she doesn't have it, it should be in room 21.

It might be worth going to take a look anyway. She might have put it back when she was finished with it.

Okayos then, let's go!

[Recette starts to leave the room and hesitates to look back at Slinky sulking under the table.... she'll be fine. Just needs time to process. And after a moment continues walking to Room 21. Follow?]

[Yeah, don't worry. Dragon will keep her company.]

[Zack's in front of the group, with Crown choosing to trail behind him. When they get to Room 21, Zack tries the door to make sure he doesn't have to break it down it's not locked.]

[As the doors don't re-lock, it opens with ease which is a shame because door busting action would have been better.]

Oh, it's open.

[She hasn't been inside this one before, so she'll wait and see if either one of them have a reaction. Who knows? Maybe stuff's been moved around and such.]

Oh, good. Saves us some trouble.

[Recette's used to Zack breaking stuff, so she'd not bat an eye at that tbh Recette looks around for the laptop and smiles when she sees it. She goes over to it... and remembers she has no idea how to operate one. One of you might wanna intervene before she tries pressing all the buttons]

[Cue Dahlia realizing she has to be the adult in the room because the only other option is Zack and... lol.]

Here, let me Miss Recette.

[She'll figure out how to tun the laptop on because that much is easy enough to do, but when the boot up starts there's a bit of a problem.]

...eh? It's all in Japanese....

Oh, shit. Forgot to warn you about that.

Can either of you read Japanese? [Because there is no way in hell Zack's gonna be able to read it.]

[Crown is laughing like a deerling laughs while Zack glances at Dahlia.]

[Dahlia shakes her head.]

I don't, but we can try bringing the laptop back to the meeting to see if anyone present can help with this.

[Zack looks down to see a very amused deerling.]

[Well, at least Crown stopped laughing.]

[Hey, guess who decided to check out this floor since he's not being antisocial this week?]

...the door was open, and I overheard.

[He's not sure why he's explaining what he's doing here, but he just feels like he should.]

It's good that you're here though, Mr. Kaine. This would have been awkward otherwise...

[She has hero commentary to make BUT SHE WILL REFRAIN FOR YOU. And look, while they were all 'ahhh'ing about the Japanese, looks like the laptop is booted and ready to go.]

What we were trying to do is to find out what information has been saved on the laptop about Town A left to us by its previous owner.

Can you read this for us then?

[It is booted, but it does ask for a password.]

I think the hint for the password was the name of the user's boyfriend?

It's on the network, but of course we can't fucking access it.

Yeah, all I'm seeing is a password field. Anybody know what it is?

[Before anybody is able to answer Kaine, it seems that some of the keys are pressed to type out the password for them. Of course, it's the correct password, so it looks like you're in?]

I think I have it written down! I'll go get my notebook!

[She'll run out of the room and after a few minutes return with said notebook flipped to the page containing the password:八重樫 太.]

Oh! Did you guys figure it out already?

[Zack backs up a few steps, almost tripping over Crown in the process. Crown makes startled deerling noises in response.]
