It's been a rather rough couple of days. Of course it has, given the fact that Fav made the announcement that he'd be cutting the number down to four, and the fact that killing someone would actually make people get candy a lot faster than normal. But nobody is irrational enough to take Fav up on his rather generous offer, right? After all, it's murder!

Nevertheless, the town seems rather quiet as always and it doesn't seem that anything horrible is going to happen at all in the slightest bit. It's just your normal, ordinary Friday, so feel free to go about it as you wish, whether you sleep in or otherwise.

[ Recette doesn't find anything unusual at the inn, but on her way to the corner store she will find a dog, who seems to be holding a bone in its mouth.

And is that... blood?! ]

Oh my gosh... Doggy, please tell me that's just ketchup. Please, please, please be ketchup.

[She's going to crouch down and inspect the doggo and it's bone, but especially the totally not blood please don't be blood.]

[ There's definitely a bit of a coppery smell to the bone if she smells it too closely. Not only that, but if she knows her anatomy, she might figure out that the bone is a femur. And it's definitely human.

The dog seems to be fine and happy, though, nothing wrong here. ]

Okay. So it's a bone. A probably fresh bone.

[Recette's seen skeletons thingies in dungeons, so maybe recognize as human.]

Um... Doggy, okay it seems kinda silly to keep calling you that, so uh.... Copper? Yup, you look like a Copper. Can you pretty please take me to where you found this.

[She probably looks really stupid. Either way, she's pulling out her phone to post on the network about this.]

[ The dog seems to lead the way to the southern apartment building before dropping the bone before Recette and turning into a copper coin.

That sure just happened. ]

What.

[She's going to just stare for a moment, then frantically type out a caplock post on the network. Once that's done, she shakily crouches down to pick up the copper coin.]

Okay. That happened. Thanks Copper. Right. Investigation ho...

[After pocketing the copper coin, Recette's going to transform into her magical girl form, since this seems serious, and cautiously poke her head into the building.]

H-hello?

[ Nothing amiss in the lobby, Recette. Feel free to proceed upstairs. ]

[ Here's Miach skipping and jumping over to the apartment building despite being in her human form. She just really want to know what happened.

Anything in immediate sight? Other than Recette and her coin. ]

[ There's nothing in this lobby, so you continue on as planned. ]

[Zack's a bit late, but he's finished with his bandages and has gone into magical mode in case something attacks him.]

[Oh, look. Miach's here with Recette! If the former doesn't recognize him by looks, she should recognize him by his nickname for her.]

Mia? Shop girl? Did you find anything yet?

[She points to the bone Miach has just picked up.]

I... dunno if it's that related but the dog that had it- I named him Copper- lead me here when I asked and turned into this.

[Gonna pull out the copper coin to show to Zack.]

So um... nothing I didn't say on the network.

[He nods.]

[Recette is honestly relieved as hecky that nothing's amiss so far. Also she's not alone anymore.]

Should we wait for anyone else? I mean I know Eruna is coming...

[Just gonna... awkwardly stand there.]

...do you think we need the bone. I didn't pick it up.

[And just as she's mentioned, here's Eruna, breathing heavily from having run here.]

Okay, I'm here! Are you okay, Recette-chan?

[ Miach is not going to answer, she's just going to pick up the bone that is laying forgotten on the floor, inspecting it thoughtfully. ]

This has been cleaned of flesh pretty thoroughly, impressive.

[ Anything she can feel or not on the bone on closer inspection? ]

[ The blood on it is definitely dry, although she'll definitely feel a bit of dog saliva. Have fun with that, Miach. ]

This doesn't seem fresh.

[ She'll trace her fingers over it. Dog saliva is gross but right now she's not that concerned with it. ]

Are we sure this is immediately relevant or did one of the dogs play too much with one of the skeletons?

Not that those have been bleeding so far, of course.

[Oh, that is sick. But funny.]

Hey, I'm no doctor or nothing, but that looks like it came off a leg.

Not recently though. This blood isn't fresh and there certainly isn't any other part of human on it.

[ Here look, she'll even hold the bone out for Zack to inspect and touch if he wants to. ]

[Thank you for the offer... Ew, there's dog spit on it.]

Huh. I fought a bunch of skeletons last week, and none of them had blood. Well, maybe except that one red guy. Not sure if task skeletons count...

[He looks up at the building, handing the bone back to Mia and wiping his hand on his robe.]

So the rest of it might be in that building?

At least the source of the blood may be. Let's go.

Yeah, I'm okay, just really freaked out and worried and I kinda am still trying to process everything.
